Want to Buy?  We offer a 1%* rebate of the purchase price of the home. The 1% is paid to Closing Costs. The average Closing Cost for a Buyer is roughly 1.4% of the sold price of the home. We will pay 1% of that cost and negotiate with the Seller to have them pay the rest! In order to participate in our program you must be involved with the searches (easy to do). You must narrow down your search area and criteria. Time is money so we have to limit our drive time involved with the searches to offer these rebates. We will reduce our rebates appropriately if we expend excessive time with searches. Any reduction will be discussed prior to implementation.

How should I search for my new home? Ask us to send you daily or weekly home updates of areas you like. Also, we always recommend that you use Realtor.com to search for your new home. The site is owned by NAR and all Realtor information auto-populates into Realtor.com. 80% of homebuyers find their home on the internet. We can meet to view the property, make an offer, close the deal and then give you the 1% rebate. In today's market, the rebate should go towards your closing costs.
